Once upon a time there was a guy named “anonymous”. Very hard working chap. He used to work with the company named “xyz” an MNC.

He used to get ready everyday, wearing a suit nicely brushed hair everything perfect. Management was super happy with him and he got appraised with a promotion and a decent hike in salary.

Along with the appraise salary and position came in extra responsibilities and extra expenses in the form of multiple emis’s. As his graph was going up and people were taking his examples. He entered a misconception like millions of us out there (if i will not reach on time nobody’s going to work properly) followed by a few insecurities (what if i dont reach on time – my red marks will deduct my salary, i have to drive fast, i have to meet the dead lines so on and so forth)

It happened multiple times when he was held by the police and given tickets for speeding up which ended up in extra expenses and he was lucky enough that he didnt get hit by anyone while rushing towards the office.

Slowly a point came when all of this became monotonous, waking up in rush, getting ready in rush, rushing towards the office, not having enough time to eat or got so puzzled with work that the personal life went for a toss. As time passed his performance went down having thoughts of deadlines connected with coming in early or on time to the office avoiding any red marks connected to driving fast avoiding any speeding tickets and increased emis’s.

Everything got so messed up that in order to facilitate everyone along with himself he got stuck and became restless resulting in poor performance at work and not so good personal relationships back home.

One fine day “anonymous” found himself stuck and restless and had no control over anything because he was now a perfectly trained horse running as per his owner all day long.

Storyz Of Zindagi : I know there is always a rush for work but you must look after yourself and your loved ones. Its just work and you can always balance it. But remember that YOU ARE PRECIOUS AND SO IS YOUR LIFE. Its ok to put YOURSELF on priority.

BASICS OF WORKOUT

Hi,

Todays topic is been discussed countless number of times already. So, why would you read my blog?

Because nobody has explained the actual workout before for a newbee or a regular person at the gym.

Guys, its challenging to build the physique that fascinates everyone in the poster but its not impossible to be like it. All you got to have is determination, discipline and commitment. And with time you must see your body changing.

First off, let me give you a few tips and tricks for you to start.
You must leave all the fancy eatables and replace them with healthy alternatives :

  • Any type of chicken with roasted/grilled/boiled chicken breast only
  • Eggs but not all whole divide them in whites and wholes because that spikes cholesterol.
  • Grains and pulses with steemed green veggies
  • Flour to be replaced with oats/wheat pasta/brown rice/boiled potato and a lot more
  • Your regular snacks to be replaced with green tea along with fibre biscuits/ diffrent type of nuts/ selected healthy fruits.

Once you have disciplined yourselves into eating healthy you will automatically start seeing results you want.

Now in order to look aesthetic you have to train either with weights at the gym or just body weight at home depending upon your goals.

A few tips and tricks for your workout :

If you are a person who goes to a gym then,

  • Never forget to warm up by either jogging/running at the treadmill or cycling or just doing a few jumping jacks and stance run.
  • Don’t forget your stretching routine, and never stretch without doing a warm up for atleast 3-4 minutes.
  • Give time to stretch your muscles speeding up the process may give you an injury.
  • Always learn compound exercises first. Like squats (assisted and unassisted), barbell bench press, deadlift.
  • Always make sure your postures are accurate while performing any exercise to prevent any injuries.
  • Don’t forget to cool down your muscles once you are done with your workout for atleast 5-10 minutes.

If you are a person who is not ready for a gym yet :

  • First 3 pointers written above are for you guys too.
  • You can try diffrent movements by doing HIIT workout at home.
  • Make use of everything you have around you. Like your furniture, terrace, garden, stairs and a lot more.
  • Take your own time there is no rush.
  • Learn every move and then add some speed to it.
  • Learn your postures with accuracy
  • Don’t get bored of repetitive movements instead learn through them.

By following these simple steps you can start your journey of being fit and healthy.

DON’T FORGET TO LOVE YOURSELF

We live in a world that is sprinting every minute by the clock. Everyone has some work and even if not they are either busy in scrolling through social media apps or just sitting enjoying the paint on the wall. But everyone is busy.

We have burdens upon ourselves like, sharing the rent, sharing responsibilities like washing dishes or washing clothes etc, paying off bills, a hectic job, keeping with with our social standards and a lot more.

Everyone is trying their best to do the maximum we can be it daily or weekly or fortnightly or monthly. But we are being on toes with something or the other all the time.

During this rush we always forget that we need some “ME” time too. It may differ from person to person.

  • Some of you would just want to sit down for a while on the couch with a cup of tea/coffee.
  • Some of you would want to go for an outing on a weekend.
  • Some of you may want to go for a holiday
  • Some may want to just plug in those earbuds and leave the world with there music for a while

Diffrent reasons for every one but the reason for the “pause” is the same.

Storyz Of Zindagi : You are a beautiful invention of God don’t just spend the entire living hustling. You do, everyone does need their “ME” time once in a while. No matter how busy you are

But please DO NOT FORGET TO LOVE YOURSELF.

You are just perfect in everything you do. After all the hardwork you put in you daily life. This is something “YOU DESERVE”.

So go ahead and try this once and i gaurantee your whole system will be refreshed.

YOU BECOME WHAT YOU THINK

We as humans often get influenced or taken away by the reactions and words of the people.

Its human nature. Assume yourself walking down the street towards somewhere and a random person walking by gives you a nice smile and wishes you good morning. Or in the same scenario the same random person accidentally collides into you and spills his/her coffee on your clothes and say something that you didnt like.

In the first case, You will get influenced by the words (most likely) and get happy with a wide smile and you’ll start thinking good about your day and yourself. And in the other one, You’ll crib about that scenario walking down your way or probably end up in a fight and you’ll keep thinking about the same and spoil your day.

Now something that happens every now & then :

  • You had a bad day at work?
  • Not happy in your relationship?
  • Your day didnt start as you plan?
  • You had a fight with a friend?

You just need to stay calm inside and tell yourself :

    • if it was a bad day at work thats alright it obviously wont be everyday because i know myself, i am the incharge of what i do. And ill make it right.
    • If the relationship i am in is not keeping me happy. You either get to the solution of it or just be friends and move on. Because two people come together to stay happy with a few fights to build understanding if fight is what making you stay connected. You already know what can make you happy.
    • So what if the day didnt start as good as i plan, yesterday i was either thinking something about my office, relationship,friends,weekly plans, bills etc so woke up late. It happens, deal with it. Make sure the next morning you wake up a lil early, pray, smile and try again it must work.
    • Its alright to fight with a friend and its natural to have an argument that reveals almost every secret you had because its friendship. But it depends how you cover up. Try and settle down and friends as per me always do.

Whatever is not in your control you don’t think much about it because if it was doable u must have done that because you are perfect.

Just make sure you surround yourself with people who make you feel good and happy. Where you feel your worth.

Thoughts can either drown you to depression for everyone to ignore or can make you rise like an advisor for everyone around you.

FAILURE = SUCCESS

We are humans and are designed to make mistakes in life.

There are two type of people :

Some say don’t make mistakes because they cannot be undone and you wont go anywhere forward from them.
And others say it is alright if mistakes are made, those are the only opportunity that will make me learn and grow.

There are a lot of times when the situation is the same for both the categories which is ” i wish i wouldn’t have done that, i would have been at a better place”.

Storyz Of Zindagi : When an “ANT” never changes its direction regardless of how many obstacles you put in between its way. You in comparison are a human being gifted with a brain, with a strong body, why would we stop?

When the goal is success and so as the road, you will fall a hundred times or may be a thousand, but make sure that your mistakes that made you fall aren’t repeated but are rather learnt from.

Then failure wont be a failure it will eventually turn into success.

YOU MUST SUCCEED

This happens with the mass majority across the globe.

There is a fixed date for all of us every month and that date always freaks all of us out. That date reminds us of paying debts to either people or banks for more than what we earn. That date force us to feel inferior every month. That date put us in a self doubt of being worthy enough every month. That date make us feel that we are not enough. That date make us stand at the edge of a cliff every month when each individual wishes to jump off. That date force us to surrender. That date choke us bad. That date haunts us to arrange that specific amount of money before the left over days.

That date is the ue date of anks, mortgage etc nd it sucks.

We are doing good enough, we are doing things right, our bills are still going up almost every 6 months.

Yes there is a positive side to it which is that date forces us to work hard, but whats the point if we still have to crave for our basics?

A mass majority is going through the same date syndrome on a monthly basis. Including me.

Storyz Of Zindagi : BE MORE THAN GETTING UP EVERYDAY TO RUSH FOR A JOB, EARNING MONEY TO PAY BILLS AND DIE.

This is a fact which will stick to our lives until we are alive. But what we can do to minimise this burden is we can control our expenses and manage things are per our wants and needs and not as per the credit limit given to us by the banks.

This is a lesson i have learnt off late being under a sharp mountain of debts already.

All i know is, giving up is never going to make it easy, and i am not in a state of getting any worse than this.

SO, I MUST SUCCEED IN ORDER TO BEAT THAT FREAKIN DATE EVERY MONTH.

BRUSH IT DAILY TO SUCCEED

People often confuse themselves with being wealthy and being rich.

Being rich is a phase of life which will always come in and go away with time. Wherein being wealthy is place where you work everyday of your life to move from being rich to become wealthy.

Both the places are great to be living in, but people most of the times thing that once we are rich the upcoming life is easy peasy. And thats when the richness slowly begins to walk away.

But a person who owns wealth is aware of the fact that its a CROWN that he would need to defend for the rest of his life.

That is why

Storyzofzindagi : As you brush your teeth everyday to keep it strong and bright. Its equally important to brush your skills everyday in order to rise and shine. Being careless will result in a bad smile and a bad life.

Money walks in and walks off, thats the nature of that paper. But only a wealthy man knows how to keep it and make that paper work for him to make more of them.

SUPER HEROES

Watching a movie which is been materialized with a lot of things which will make the script look good.

Reading a newspaper or watching television for the news and passing any random comment upon the situation.

Saying none of it can change, we should do this or that. Probably would have tried doing it the other way. Passing on opinions is easy.

Why not wearing that prideful uniform holding a gun in hand leaving your loved ones all of a sudden without a promise of coming back. Fighting the actual combs and bullets knowing that you can die anytime.

Stop putting up random comments and judging their situation. Because even they know what there nation is talking about them but they still take those bullets on there body for OUR survival.

Put some respect to there work and stop judging them on the basis of a business called “MEDIA

DO NOT HOLD ON TO YESTERDAY

We all have had a few bad experiences in the past.

Some of us had a bad ending in a relationship, that doesnt mean that the same will repeat itself everytime you try to love someone again.

Some of us had failed in interviews for some job, learn from your mistakes that you made and prepare yourself again, don’t stop yourself from showing up again.

Some of us had a bully at the school/college, Don’t just sit back at home that will make that bully win over you, face that bully you may fail once or twice but i promise if you wont quit on yourself situation will change.

Some of us has fear of heights, take the most trusted person of your life with you to a peak where you can faint and spend some time there, with time the fear will go away.

Some of us fear crowd, step up the podium and face them. Because if Eminem thought the same he wouldn’t be successful, If Conor McGregor thought the same he would have never been a champion, If You want to be the same prepare yourself for failures and the winning will become easy.

Storys Of Zindagi : Like every new day there is a new morning. So is a chance for everyone to achieve their dreams. Do not hold onto yesterday and ruin new opportunities.
